| I have come to the conclusion that many of life's learnings come from discovering the lesser of evils, rather than the better of goods.

| Funny story.
So, today, I was driving to work, minding my own business. I'm looking around and I see an early 90s model Honda Civic.
"Ah, I miss my old Civic." I thought to myself, noticing that the Civic I see is the same color as my old one.
"Hmm....that Civic has a dent in the same rear passenger-side corner as mine did."
I scan a little further and read the license plate:
"2-Tom-Sam-Charlie-3-1-8...wait...it *IS* my old Civic!"
I take it the guy bought it from the police auction. It looks like the muffler was replaced as well (muffler essentially had a hole in it when I owned it).
Too bad I didn't get a look at it from the front. I wonder how bad the damage is.
Oh well. This concludes my random moment of the day.

| Random thought:
In England, do they refer to English muffins as simply, muffins?
That concludes this random thought of the moment.
Thank you.

| ***More insult to injury***
I get a notice today of an unpaid parking citation. It was issued 10/02/2006. I'll let that sink in for a moment. . . . . . . . . . Yes, it was when it was at large. Now get this. The ticket was issued TWO DAYS before the vehicle was recovered on 10/02/2006. I would imagine that when they enter the ticket into the system, a vehicle record would indicate that it is a stolen vehicle. Or maybe I'm expecting a little too much from our public services. Or maybe that's how/why they recovered it. I dunno.
What a headache. Now I have to send over copies of paperwork to clear this up. Sheesh.
